Hire Employee
Fee for long-term placement is a percentage of the annualized salary.
Fee for a Temp-to-Possible Hire placement is based on a percentage of the
candidate’s annual salary. It is prorated over a period of 480 hours. At the completion of 480 hours, the employee converts to your payroll. You may choose to buy out the placement anytime during the 480 hours. Should the placement terminate for any reason, you have only paid for the hours worked.
Invoices are sent on a weekly basis and are due upon receipt.
